This is a set (2) of oil tan leather poi floggers featuring our roller bearing swivels. Black over electric green. They each have 64 falls measuring 1/4" wide and 18" long with a total length from loop to tip of 25" and a weight of 1lb each. Very smooth and thuddy. Super quiet and unlike any poi/finger floggers you have thrown.
