Dark Rainbow Hand Dyed Leather Flogger

This is a "Dark Rainbow" hand-dyed leather flogger. It is black on the outside but once it gets into motion you get to see all of the beautiful color on the inside. It has 30 falls cut at 1/2" wide. The falls are 13" long and the total length is 22". It weighs in at 12 oz.
