Just as the title says, these are Elk Hide Leather Floggers. Elk is as soft as deer, but without being stretchy and much heavier. Soft and thuddy, whether for a warmup or as a main tool these floggers have the weight and feel to do what you need.
The black flogger has 60 falls cut at 1/2" wide and weighing in at 1lb and 4oz. The falls are 18" of its total length of 25". 
The tobacco flogger has 51 falls cut at 1/2" wide and weighing in at 14oz. The falls are 18" of its total length of 25".
