This is a Hand Dyed Leather Rainbow Flogger. It has 32 falls cut at 1/2" wide. The total length is 27" and the falls are 14" long. It has a longer hand dyed handle. It weighs in at 14 oz. The falls are soft and as they age they will soften up more.
