Large UV Leather Flogger

This is a large leather UV (Black light) reactive flogger. It has 57 falls cut at 1/2" wide. The falls are 17" long and the total length is 29". It has one of our more intricate handle wraps. The leather is on the soft side which will give this flogger a mix between thud and sting depending on how it's used. It weighs in at 1lb5oz.
